Monica Gill was born on June 24, 1991, in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA, Gill’s father, Malkit Gill, is a well-known Punjabi author, while her mother is a teacher. She has one younger brother named Jasneil Gill.
Gill is approximately 5 feet 7 inches (170 cm) tall and weighs around 55 kg (121 lbs).
She is married to Gurshawn Sahota, who is a Canadian businessman and the couple got married in August 2019.
Monica Gill completed her schooling at the Lawrence School, Sanawar, in Himachal Pradesh, India. After completing her schooling, she went on to study at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she earned a degree in biology and pre-medical studies.
After completing her studies, Gill moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She started her career as a model and participated in the Miss India USA pageant in 2013, where she was crowned Miss India USA. Since then, she has worked in various Punjabi and Hindi films, including “Ambarsariya”, “Sardaarji 2”, “Firangi”, and “Paltan”.

Gill made her acting debut in the Punjabi film industry with the movie “Ambarsariya” in 2016, opposite Diljit Dosanjh. The film was a commercial success and received positive reviews, and Monica’s performance was appreciated by the audience and critics alike.
She then went on to work in several other Punjabi films, including “Sardaarji 2” and “Yaara Ve”. In 2017, Gill made her Bollywood debut with the movie “Firangi”, opposite Kapil Sharma.
