“Maidaan” A True Story Based on the golden era of Indian football (1952–1962), it stars Ajay Devgn as football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, Priyamani as Syed Abdul Rahim’s wife.
Syed Abdul Rahim was an Indian football coach and manager of the Indian national team from 1950 – 1963. His stint as a coach for the team made the country win a gold medal in Asian Games 1962 in Jakarta
