RRR The film was initially scheduled for theatrical release on 30 July 2020, which was postponed multiple times due to production delays and the COVID pandemic. RRR was released theatrically on 25 March 2022.
RRR is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language epic action drama film directed by S. S. Rajamouli, who co-wrote the film with V. Vijayendra Prasad. It was produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainment. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris. It centers around fictional versions of two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Rama Rao), their friendship and their fight against the British Raj.

Made on a budget of ₹550 crore (US$72 million), RRR is the most expensive Indian film.

RRR was released theatrically on 25 March 2022. With ₹240 crore (US$30 million) worldwide on its first day, RRR recorded the highest opening-day earned by an Indian film. It emerged as the highest-grossing film in its home market of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, grossing over ₹415 crore (US$52 million).

The film grossed ₹1,200 crore (US$150 million) – ₹1,258 crore (US$160 million) worldwide, setting several box office records for an Indian film, including the third highest-grossing Indian film and second highest-grossing Telugu film worldwide in 2022.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 is a 2022 Indian Kannada-language period action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films. The second installment in a two-part series, it serves as a sequel to the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1. The film stars an ensemble cast of Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Archana Jois, Achyuth Kumar, Rao Ramesh, Vasishta N. Simha, T. S. Nagabharana and Malavika Avinash.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 was theatrically released in India on 14 April 2022 in Kannada, along with dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. It is also the first Kannada film to release in IMAX. The film received mixed reviews from critics.

Produced on a budget of ₹100 crore, K.G.F: Chapter 2 is the most expensive Kannada film ever made.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 collected ₹164 crore (US$21 million) worldwide on the first day of its release.
On its second day, the film collected ₹122 crore (US$15 million) worldwide for a two-day total of ₹286 crore (US$36 million).
On its third day, the film estimatedly collected ₹104 crore (US$13 million) worldwide for a three-day total of ₹390 crore (US$49 million).
On the fourth day of its release, the film crossed ₹552.85 crore (US$69 million) mark at the worldwide box office.
On the fifth day of its release, the film grossed more than ₹625 crore (US$78 million) worldwide.
On the sixth day stood at ₹675 crore (US$85 million).
The first week collection of the film was ₹719 crore (US$90 million).
The movie grossed ₹1,006 crore (US$130 million) in 14 days and became the 4th Indian movie to cross the 1000 crore mark worldwide and the second fastest movie to collect ₹1000 crore, behind Baahubali 2.
Tenth week collection was ₹1198 crores at the end of tenth week. While The New Indian Express and DNA India reported that the worldwide collection to be around ₹1,200 crore to ₹1,216 crore.
By the India reported the collections to be ₹1300 crore. It became the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of all time.

(Surpassing K.G.F: Chapter 1’s lifetime gross of ₹250 crore (US$36.56 million), and took its place as the highest-grossing Kannada film of all time).

It recorded the second highest-opening day in India, set domestic opening day records in Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam, and surpassed the lifetime gross of its predecessor in two days to become the highest-grossing Kannada film. With earnings of ₹1,200−1,250 crore globally, K.G.F: Chapter 2 is the fourth highest-grossing Indian film worldwide, and the second highest-grossing film in India, and the second highest-grossing Indian film of 2022 after RRR.
